PD. Pasar Jaya plans to revitalize Sukapura Market on Jalan Tipar Cakung, Cilincing, North Jakarta. In early 2018, its structural audit, plans, and permission will be conducted.

It will be adjusted with Pasar Jaya Perda and spatial regulations

PD. Pasar Jaya Public Relation Assistant Manager, Amanda Gita Dinanjar explained, Sukapura Market is in an inadequate condition because renovation has not been done since it was built in 1997.

But she affirmed that her side will conduct highest and best use (HBU) analysis first before revitalization. It is considered that may be this building can be put together with settlement.

She said, HBU analysis will give an optimal usage of market. Besides, revitalization will be adjusted with Pasar Jaya Perda which is on reviewing.

"It will be adjusted with Pasar Jaya Perda and spatial regulations. After that, we will socialize it to merchants," she mentioned, Saturday (11/25).
